Royal Indochine Laab with Upcycled Okara (Vegetarian)

This is our take on Laos' national dish. King oyster mushrooms, corn kernels and okara lavash are seasoned in traditional Laotian herbs and wrapped in rice paper sheets.

Good for 2-3 pax. Requires assembly. 

Ingredients: King oyster mushroom, dried shiitake mushroom, corn kernel, lemongrass, galangal, garlic, shallot, soya sauce, tamarind, lime, kaffir lime leaves, coriander, star anise, tempeh crisp (fermented soya beans), vegetable oil, salt, rice paper sheets, coral lettuce and okara lavash. (No added MSG, no added Trans Fat)

Food safe packs: Mixed mushrooms & corn, Laab paste, coral lettuce, mixed herbs rice paper sheets and okara lavash.

Products are delivered in sous-vide packs, requires 8-10 minutes of heating.
