- Description of issue
- Please attach picture(s) of the product with the issue displayed clearly

- Evaluation: Our customer service team will evaluate your request and notify you of the outcome within 48 hours.
- Refund: If the refund is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
