A refreshingly tangy and flavourful traditional vegan Punjabi dish prepared using Kabuli chickpeas slow-cooked with tomatoes, onions, fresh coriander leaves, herbs and spices into a curry. Added with upcycled eggshell moromi salt. Served with fragrant cumin pulao.

Good for 2-3 pax. Requires 8-10 minutes of heating time. 

Ingredients: Chickpeas, onions, tomatoes, coriander, cumin, green chilli, black pepper, turmeric, red chilli, basmati rice, cooking oil and eggshell moromi salt(No added MSG, no added Trans Fat)

Net weight: 500g Punjabi chole, 500g cumin pulao, 100g mixed vegetable relish. 

Products are delivered in sous-vide packs, requires 8-10 minutes of heating.
