An authentic Indonesian dish of tender beef stew slow-cooked in rich coconut milk & aromatic spices, blended with upcycled coconut spent and eggshell moromi salt. Served with fragrant turmeric rice and achar.
Good for 2-3 pax. Requires 8-10 minutes of heating time.
Ingredients: Beef, jasmine rice, coconut milk, roasted coconut spent, vegetable oil, carrots, cucumber, pineapple, white sesame seeds, shallot, garlic, ginger, galangal, turmeric, cinnamon, palm sugar, eggshell moromi salt, red chilli, cardamom and coriander. (No added MSG, no added Trans Fat)

Products are delivered in sous-vide packs, requires 8-10 minutes of heating.
