Considered to be the national dish of Myanmar, the Mohinga is prepared in a refreshingly rich lemongrass & upcycled banana stem-infused catfish broth with vermicelli noodles and topped with garlic chips and coriander.
Good for 2-3 pax. Requires 8-10 minutes of heating time.
Ingredients: Rice noodle, catfish, fish cake,spent banana stem, egg, lime, vegetable oil, chickpea flour, rice flour, lemongrass, ginger, garlic, shallot, fish sauce, turmeric, chilli flakes, coriander, salt and eggshells. (No added MSG, no added Trans Fat)
Food safe packs: Catfish broth, rice noodle, boiled eggs, lime, garlic chips, coriander leaf, chilli flakes and deep fried eggshell chickpea crisp.
