A classic Kashmiri dish with premium lamb shank simmered in flavourful onion and tomato sauce infused with an aromatic mix of spice, upcycled eggshell salt and cooked to make it fall off-the-bone tender. Served with fragrant basmati pilaf rice and achar.
Good for 2-3 pax. Requires 8-10 minutes of heating time.
Ingredients: Lamb shank, basmati rice, carrots, cucumber, pineapple, white sesame seeds, onion, tomato, ginger, garlic, coriander, cumin, red chilli, clove, turmeric, vegetable oil and eggshell salt. (No added MSG, no added Trans Fat)
