The "Magic" marmalade is made with orange peels discarded by iJooz smart machines where almost 5 tonnes of peels are discarded daily!

This cake features layers of fluffy orange peel chiffon cake, with a light & airy whipped cream filling infused with upcycled orange peel. Topped with a luscious orange peel jelly that provides a tangy and refreshing burst of citrus.
